Content Warning: This playbook is about my experiences as someone with autism and ADHD and how I see those things represented in fictional characters. These characters are usually written as naive, easily manipulated, or uncaring about others. This playbook contains traits like that and should be handled with care.

The Detached is a playbook for Interstitial: Our Hearts Intertwined about being someone who can't make connections with others in the same way as most people. It is based on characters like Mob from Mob Psycho 100 and the player character in Hollow Knight. If you want a playbook about being physically powerful but socially incapable or immature I would recommend playing as The Detached.

Special thanks to Eclipse and Mars for the help on this playbook you are both the best <3

Reading this playbook has made me a little teary eyed... I really need to try it out.  Seems really good.

This is good! The “Intel” mechanic is really something special. You do have some lingering references to “The Empty” that you might want to update; I’m guessing that was an earlier name for the playbook?

oh yeah it was lol. thanks for letting me know i must've missed that! i'll fix it now
